Transfers to and from Lorne

BUS TRANSFERS

To assist BDI-MDO delegates with transport to and from Lorne, bus transfers have been arranged as an optional add-on during the registration process. They can be added to your registration for a fee of $35 per person, per transfer. A summary of transfers available are listed below. Further details like timings of departures can be found within the registration portal. Please note these transfers can range in duration from 2.5 - 3.5 hours depending on traffic conditions and other factors.

Transfer 1: Sunday 17 November 2024 - Melbourne City to Mantra Lorne
Bus will depart from Savoy Hotel on Little Collins (630 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC) at 11:00am, with another pick-up at Rendezvous Hotel (328 Flinders Street, Melbourne, VIC) at 11:15am, with another pick-up at the University of Melbourne at 11:30am
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your pick-up time so the bus can leave promptly.

Transfer 2: Sunday 17 November 2024 - Tullamarine Airport to Mantra Lorne
Bus will depart from Tullamarine Airport International Terminal (T2 - Lane 2 International arrivals) at 11:00am
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your pick-up time so the bus can leave promptly.

Transfer 3: Wednesday 20 November 2024 - Mantra Lorne to Melbourne City
Bus will depart from in front of Mantra Lorne and will drop delegates off at Savoy Hotel (630 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC) or at Rendezvous Hotel (328 Flinders Street, Melbourne, VIC) at 4:45pm, with the last drop off at University of Melbourne at 7:45pm.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to 4:45pm so the bus can leave promptly.

Transfer 4: Wednesday 20 November 2024 - Mantra Lorne to Tullmarine Airport
Bus will depart from in front of Mantra Lorne and drop off delegates in front of the International Terminal (T2) at Tullamarine Airport at 4:45pm
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to 4:45pm so the bus can leave promptly.
